Last week, Delta Air Lines debuted new uniforms for their flight attendants designed by Zac Posen. The new designs include “passport plum” dresses and “groundspeed graphite” vests for flight attendants. These new color choices provide for a unique look that doesn’t resemble any other airline. 64,000 employees will now be wearing these new designs all over the world. This is the first fashion design change for the plane company in 12 years!

In addition to the new styles, Delta has decided to change their maximum heel height for flight attendant footwear from four inches down to three inches. This would benefit over 22,000 flight attendants who have shared their complaints about uncomfortable and too high footwear in the past.

If you’re a fashionista and interested in seeing the new uniforms for yourself in person, book your next flight to Baltimore/Washington International Airport, Washington Dulles International, Philadelphia International Airport or Harrisburg International Airport and allow us to provide your transportation.
