Please understand that these details must be accurate to assure that the pickup time for departure dates / times are met.

If you change your flight to a different day without a 48 hour notice, there will be an additional $100 fee assessed to your booking.

We understand that travel can be stressful. We are not able to give refunds however we will happily give you a 6 month credit from the time of your cancellation. Relax and Ride Carlisle reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these terms at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion, and to determine whether and when any such changes apply to both existing and future customers.

Attention: Delayed flight arrival / departure Notice.

If a scheduled pick-up time is 12 hours beyond the schedule time, Relax and Ride Carlisle will get to this pick up at a reasonable time. We will give priority to already scheduled service times. Any wait time beyond the normal pick up time will be standard industry fees. This cost will be $50.00 / hour.

Attention: Travel Restrictions & Bans Notice.

Please be advised that if you make a reservation and your trip is cancelled due to a travel ban. We will honor your reservation for 6 months from the date of your reservation. There will be NO REFUNDS once a reservation has been made.
