One of the things we appreciate about the people we drive everyday is the fact that they are always happy.  Who could be sad always going on a vacation.  While at some occasions we are driving folks during the times that are not so pleasant.  The overall experience is generally a positive experience for the customer.

As we leave this year behind we want to just thank our team Tom, Kevin, Adrian, Sherry, Cliff, Brian, Justin, Derek, Amanda, Jeff, Noah, and Darryl for all you do for Relax and Ride Carlisle.  To say it would not work without you is an understatement.  There are so many little things that happen behind the scenes that have to fall in line or things don’t go correctly.

The end product is the customers who we deal with at the end of the day.  We appreciate your business and we always look forward to providing you with the best service.  Many of you are loyal and dedicated to what we do and appreciate this.  Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

In the new year we look to meet higher expectations for our team and try to provide better service and adding new customers at the same time.  We want to increase our business across the Midstate to where we become a household name and when people think of going to the airport you think of Relax and Ride Carlisle only.

We also want to explore some options with transporting Penn State Main Campus Students https://www.psu.edu/academics/campuses/university-park  back to forth Harrisburg Airport at a reason cost that would be more of a group trip and only during the breaks.  We will be maybe rolling this out in the fall.

Another thing we would like to examine is transporting groups of Dickinson College Students https://www.dickinson.edu/

to Harrisburg Airport for major breaks.

We also would like to increase our new customers by 20% never giving up on our commitment to excellent customer service.
